Things are filed on time and well organized, this office operates like a well oiled machine. The staff are competent and polite. It is amusing to see a lawyer school an opposing lawyer in basic family law, not with arrogance or malice but with grace, style and facts. Shannon went on maternity leave just near the ending of my case but I was in amazing care with a lawyer whom I admire so much, upon meeting him I knew Shannon was not kidding when she told me I would be in good care. Brett Degoldi is worth his weight x 2 in gold. He is such an amazing lawyer and made all of this as less painful as possible under the circumstances. Mrs. Kirwin handled a custody case for me. She was very knowledgeable, experienced and confident. I do not like conflict but Lynn was able to be assertive (without being unprofessional) on my behalf. Lynn also works very efficiently. Although she has a high case load she worked on my case in a very timely manner and handed matters that she could to her clerk so she reduced overall costs that I incurred as part of these proceedings.
