Position details

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Lawyer (3+ years) to join our established Barrie office, where the firm originated and continues to maintain a strong presence throughout Simcoe County and the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own files, work with minimal supervision, and contribute meaningfully to a well-established and respected local practice.

What we're looking for

A licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Minimum 3 years of focused experience practicing family law.
Strong ties to Simcoe County, including local practice experience or community connections is a strong asset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern legal tools and platforms.
A proactive, settlement oriented, client-focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
