Position details

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Lawyer with 10+ years of practice to join our St. Catharines office. This location has been open for two years and is still in its growth phase, so we are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled in family law but also eager to help us build a strong local presence.

What we're looking for

  • A licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Strong ties to the Niagara Region—local roots and prior legal experience in the area are highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern legal tools and platforms.
  • A proactive, settlement oriented, client-focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary in the range of $150,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus incentive.
