Carly Jacklin

Education and Experience

Carly was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. She has experience with practice in family law, child protection, and wills & estates.

Carly was raised in Parry Sound and London, Ontario. She has a double major honours degree (B.A. Hons) in Criminology and Philosophy from King’s University College at Western University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Liverpool, where she resided for two years. Carly articled in North Bay and initiated her practice in the Nipissing District. She has also practiced in the Halton Region and now in Simcoe County. While practicing in North Bay, Carly volunteered at the legal clinic run by Amelia Rising Sexual Violence Support Centre.

Personal Life

In her spare time, Carly enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, and spending time by the lake.
