Kenneth Chatarpaul

Education and Experience

Kenneth Chatarpaul is a family lawyer with experience representing clients across Ontario and Nunavut in matters involving parenting, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and child protection. Before joining Galbraith Family Law, Kenneth practiced family and criminal law in Ontario, representing clients throughout Toronto and surrounding jurisdictions. He later served as Staff Family Law Lawyer with Nunavut Legal Aid, where he advocated for families throughout the territory and developed extensive experience in complex child protection matters.

Personal Life

Outside of the office, Kenneth formally served as Vice-President of the Law Society of Nunavut, helping shape the future of legal practice and access to justice in the North.

Kenneth enjoys mentoring youth as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters Toronto, travelling, gardening, and DJing. He values building meaningful connections within his community and brings that same approachable and personable style to his work with clients.
