Shannon attended law school at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. After completing her LL.B., Shannon returned to Canada to complete her Master of Laws at the University of Toronto. During her Masters, Shannon focused on international human rights, and children and the law. Her focus on children and the law led to an internship opportunity with the Equality Effect in Meru, Kenya and then to a career in family law.
Shannon is organized, dedicated, and solution-driven. Her goal is to ensure families transition into the next step of their lives as effectively as possible and to ensure that all parties are provided with the tools to maintain healthy relationships in the future.
Shannon believes in utilizing collaborative practice wherever possible and is driven to continue learning the best practices for assisting families in transition.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer and volleyball, and going to the cottage.
