Book of Evidence for Divorce

What is the Book of Evidence and how do I start making this?

— Ryan R.

Answer

This is a book containing copies of every document you may refer to in the trial. You should only insert items that are relevant to your case. You will eventually give a copy to the judge and to the other side so that there are no surprises. You still have to make each document an exhibit during the trial and prove that it is admissible as evidence. So, just start collecting relevant documents in one binder and when you are closer to the trial you can determine which items to keep and which to discard. Judges love pieces of paper that prove a truth so try to find as much as you can that prove your version of the case.
