Education and Practicing Experience:
Karan completed his LL.B. from CSM University in India and was called to the bar in both Saskatchewan and Ontario in 2020. Since then, he has been practicing Family Law and Civil Litigation in the Greater Toronto Area, with a primary focus on Family Law. Karan chose this path because he finds fulfillment in helping families navigate through some of the most challenging times in their lives with grace and dignity.
With a deep understanding of the emotional and legal complexities involved, Karan offers practical, tailored solutions to meet his clients' unique needs. He is a strong advocate of Collaborative Family Law, preferring to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible, and only resorts to litigation when absolutely necessary. Karan strikes a balance between being an aggressive, zealous litigator and maintaining a cooperative, respectful approach. He is committed to safeguarding his clients' rights while avoiding unnecessary conflict or costly delays.
Outside of his legal practice, Karan enjoys staying active by playing tennis, a sport he finds both physically challenging and mentally invigorating. He appreciates the strategy and precision involved, as well as the opportunity to unwind and stay healthy. When he's not on the tennis court, Karan is a passionate film enthusiast. He enjoys exploring a wide range of genres, from timeless classics to modern masterpieces, and often finds inspiration in the storytelling and creative expression that films offer. Whether it’s the thrill of a gripping legal drama or the artistry of a foreign film, Karan values the way cinema reflects the human experience.
