Education and Experience
Rachel grew up in Toronto, Ontario and obtained a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Queen’s University. After only three years, she received early acceptance to Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2019. Rachel was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
For her entire career, Rachel has practised family law exclusively, working at a busy boutique law firm in Toronto helping clients from all walks of life navigate difficult family law matters. She has extensive experience advocating for clients in court and out of court.
Goals
Rachel strives to achieve the best outcomes for clients and their families as cost effectively and efficiently as possible. Understanding that family law matters can be emotionally charged, Rachel prioritizes empathy and clear communication, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Rachel works hard to achieve creative and client-focused solutions out of court using alternative dispute resolution but is a fierce advocate for her clients in the courtroom when needed.
Personal Life
When not working, Rachel enjoys trying new restaurants, hosting and cooking for friends and family, and has recently taken up fishing. She enjoys spending time outdoors and at her family cottage on Lake Simcoe.
