Christina ensures that her clients are fully informed of their options and their entitlements. She offers leading negotiation and litigation techniques to speed and maximize results. She is a leader who will counsel and support each client to achieve his/her optimum solution. She is responsive to clients’ concerns and brings reasoned approaches to each file.

Education and Experience

Christina graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. Prior to and during her attendance at the Faculty, she worked at Bair Family Law Professional Corporation to maximize her practical and strategic skills. Her experience in addressing the needs of family law clients inspired her interest in the practice of law. During her legal training, she was the recipient of the Professor Vern Krishna Scholarship. During earlier studies at York University, she was on the Dean’s Honour Roll and was the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Aiming for the Top Scholarship for Academic Achievement for 4 years in a row.

Christina is a member of the Simcoe County Family Law Lawyers’ Association, the Family Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and Collaborative Practice Simcoe County. She has been active in the legal community, completing an internship with the Family Law and Immigration Law practice of Lisa Sharp and volunteering her time with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Legal Education and Action Fund.

A Member of Our Community

She has served on local Boards and is currently sitting on the Board of Directors for the Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe County and for Brian Injury Services Simcoe and Muskoka. She is a member of the Simcoe County Young Professionals Association and sat on the Organizing Committee of the Simcoe County Family Law Lawyers’ Association. She has organized a collection drive for local community members in need. As well has served as the vice-president of a local organization to advance the rights of disenfranchised groups. She was a member of the University of Ottawa Women and the Law organization and a volunteer with a Court Watch Program.

Personal Life

Christina enjoys reading, camping and spending time with family and friends.
