Diana Simonetti

Education and Experience

Diana was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 after earning her LL.B. from the University of Leeds and her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University.

Before joining Galbraith Family Law, Diana practised in litigation, where she developed experience in advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, case strategy and guiding clients through complex and stressful disputes. She has represented clients throughout various stages of the litigation process, including motions, discoveries, mediations, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
Diana brings a thoughtful, practical and client-focused approach to family law. She understands that clients are often navigating significant changes in their lives and strives to provide clear advice, strong advocacy and a steady presence throughout the process.

Personal Life

Outside of work, Diana enjoys travelling, cooking, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys exploring new places around the GTA and bringing people together over good food and conversation.
